- Pax Jolie-Pitt- Adopted son of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie; from an orphanage in Vietnam
- Sam Alexis Woods- Son of Tiger and Elin Woods
- Dannielynn Hope Marshall Birkhead & David Banda [tie]- David Banda is the son of Madonna and Guy Ritchie while Dannielynn Hope Marshall Birkhead is the daughter of Larry Birkhead and Anna Nicole Smith.
- Cruz Beckham & Romeo Beckham [tie]- sons of David Beckham and Victoria Beckham Adams
